As a leader on the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for administrating our B2B Sales Systems (Elastic Suite) and manage day-to-day operations for wholesale D2C drop ship orders. RESPONSIBILITIES: B2B Sales Tools & Seasonal Activation: Direct strategy for our B2B e-commerce platform (Elastic Suite), including discount management, communications, and provide input for all global enhancements Collaborate with M&D teams to understand go to marketing timing for each brand to support systems activation for line adoption, pre-season, and in-season sales Collaborate with sales teams to develop B2B e-mail blasts, campaign calendar, and relevant tasks to drive wholesale business to the platform and convert traffic to sales Collaborate with marketing and B2C e-commerce teams to develop campaign assets and ensure brand compliance on site and throughout all B2B communications Responsible for all B2B testing related to site enhancements (UI, performance, and functionality) Daily B2B admin duties include seasonal activation, catalog creation, image requests, order form creation, end user support, training, etc. Partner with M&D teams to create dynamic brand experiences for wholesale customers and ensure all product images and assets are available across multiple platforms Lead efforts to drive internal employee sales in the USA and Canada Collaborate with sales leadership on seasonal sales incentive plans and develop all supporting customer communications/artwork. Monitor all inbound orders and accurately apply pre-book discounts to qualified customers. Support and delegate (as necessary) all inbound internal and external systems support requests (helpdesk) Develop training tools and host bi-weekly seminars for internal and external users; record and post training videos Direct-To-Consumer Wholesale Drop Ship Manage regional operations strategy for B2B Direct-to-Consumer program Collaborate with sales, planning, and leadership to achieve program objectives Daily D2C order file management, including order fulfillment and 3rd Party Portal administration General Operations Functions: Assist with adhoc testing and reporting needed for SAP, SalesForce.com, and Business Objects enhancements or production fixes Seeks out new approaches to improving sales effectiveness and efficiency, including the use of technology, tools, process and talents of the global organization Partners with key business leaders to identify reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and improve tracking, usage, and trends Collaboratively prioritize projects according to business needs and track progress toward project milestones Identifies and develops tools to effectively communicate priorities, including weekly recaps regarding project status and achievements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION: 3 + years working with B2B tools and/or web development/admin experience 5 + years Customer Service experience Balanced creative, strategic, and operational focus Professional business communication & acumen Microsoft Office required; excel proficiency a must Must be organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task Must be able to work well within a team environment and also be self sufficient Must enjoy a fast paced environment with many demands PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Bachelor Degree in Management, Computer Science, or Equivalent Experience Preferred SAP experience preferred SalesForce.com experience preferred Tableau, Lumira, Business Objects or other dashboard reporting tool experience preferred Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or other similar programs experience preferred Nearest Major Market: Orange County Nearest Secondary Market: Los Angeles Apply now » Find similar jobs:
