The role is in charge of Physical Logistics, Order to Cash, Service level, Casefill, etc Key Responsibilities: ? Back up for Direct shipment from Plant to Distributors in: Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, BALTICS and NORDICS. ? Order to Cash Process. ? Distributions synergies and cost efficiencies. ? KPIs: Casefill, OTIF, MOS, CTS. ? Reception and resolution of distribution and customer incidences. ? Responsible of the Service level, Distribution to customer, Write offs, penalties from customers, traceability. Interpersonal Relationships ? Internal Departments: Demand, Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance. Markets from EEM Cluster: Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Baltics and Nordics. ? External Plants: Arras, San Adrián (Spain), Seretram, (France) and Inofita (Greece) Distributors and Customers. - Nivel avanzado del paquete Office, especialmente de Excel, ya que se trabaja diariamente con hojas de calculo y tablas dinámicas. - Conocimientos para interpretar conceptos de venta, cuentas de cliente y sus partidas. -Se valorará: Conocimientos de Porgués Manejo de SAP Empresa: Page Personnel.
